About Us

At Archer & Sons, we’re a family-owned and operated business proudly rooted in Rogue River, Oregon—where honest work, strong values, and a touch of humor still mean something. Founded by Anthony (Tony) R. Archer, a lifelong tinkerer turned tech-surgeon, we bring family morals, precision repairs, and a genuine passion for people to everything we do.

Whether it’s a cracked screen, waterlogged phone, or a device that’s just plain acting weird, we treat every repair like it belongs to our own family—because in our shop, you’re not just a customer, you’re part of the crew.

As a small, independently owned cell phone repair business, we continually adapt to the ever-changing prices and availability of replacement parts. With hundreds of device models and variations across multiple manufacturers—and new models released each year—it is very challenging to keep every screen and component in stock at all times. Maintaining a complete inventory would require an extensive financial investment.

For this reason, certain repairs may require a custom quote, as specific parts may need to be ordered in. Screens and miscellaneous parts can be shipped in 1–2 days. Certain batteries may take 2–5 days, as strict shipping policies affect times. If needed, overnight shipping can be purchased for an additional fee.

Our long-term goal is to expand our inventory as we grow, allowing us to carry a broader range of parts in stock and provide even faster, more convenient repair services for our customers.

Our Mission

Archer & Sons C.P.R. is a cell phone repair company that intends to start small in Rogue River, but hopes to grow big in order to compete favorably with leading cell phone repair companies in the industry both in the United States and on a global stage. We are aware of the importance of building a solid business structure that can support the picture of the kind of world-class business we want to own.

Our Warranty

All our work is guaranteed to last, having gone through rigorous 31-point service testing and inspections, verifying every aspect is working and functioning reliably. Done by myself individually. I test each device thoroughly and won’t sell or hand a repaired device to a customer until it passes my standard and quality control.” It’s not good enough unless it’s good enough for Mom.”
